MEET LYN

The person behind CyberSense.

I'm Lyn Obadha, and I'm interested in making cybersecurity easier to understand and more practical to apply.

I believe digital safety is not only about knowing what can go wrong. It is also about developing the judgement to recognise risks, ask better questions and make informed decisions.

Through CyberSense with Lyn, I want to make cybersecurity education more accessible through clear explanations, practical examples and learning experiences that help people connect knowledge with everyday life.

My approach is centred on curiosity, responsibility and continuous learning. I want learners to feel comfortable asking questions, examining scenarios and developing confidence in better-informed digital decisions.

PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVE

From information to informed action.

Cybersecurity sits at the intersection of people, technology and responsibility. A governance-minded approach asks who owns a decision, what information is at stake, how people should respond and how an organisation can learn from what happens.

Make it understandable

Important cybersecurity concepts should be explained clearly without losing their meaning.

Make it practical

Learning should help people recognise situations, consider options and understand the reasoning behind decisions.

Keep learning

Digital risks and technologies change. A thoughtful learning habit helps people keep asking questions and reviewing what they know.

LEARNING AREAS

Curiosity with a practical next step.

CyberSense explores the questions people face in everyday digital life, from suspicious messages and privacy decisions to emerging AI-related trust risks and possible learning pathways.
